AI use policy

A tool, not an authority.

ibrahingil.com may use AI to explore ideas, organise information, prepare outlines, find possible sources, summarise documents for review, improve clarity, spelling or structure, assist with translation, and support technical or programming work.

It may also help create visual material, as long as that is clearly identified. Ibrahin Alexander Gil Moran remains responsible for what is published, for the opinions, the recommendations, the final checks and the corrections. There is no additional human editorial team.

An AI answer is never treated as a source. Relevant claims are verified against original or reliable sources, and experiences, tests, quotations, experts, biographies and results are never invented.

How much is disclosed depends on how much AI did.

Spelling, formatting, alternative headlines or reorganising. This is covered by the policy and needs no individual label.

Initial research, structure, summaries, translation or development. What it was used for will be stated, with review and responsibility by Ibrahin.

Text, image, audio or video created or substantially altered. This will be identified next to the content and will not be presented as a real fact.

The purpose and extent of the intervention will be explained in plain language. Human review, the editorial decision and final responsibility rest with Ibrahin.

An image looking real does not make it a fact.

Images that simulate real events will not be created without clear identification, and neither will false statements, faces or actions of real people. Elements will not be added to or removed from an informative image in a way that changes its meaning.

Minor technical adjustments are distinguished from a material alteration. Any demonstration image already created with AI must be correctly identified before it becomes publishable content.

Minimise data and respect other people’s material.

Passwords, keys or confidential information will not deliberately be entered into public AI tools. Personal data is minimised, and rights, licences and provenance of materials are checked.

Misleading imitations of artists, authors or brands will not be requested, and an AI output is not assumed to be free of third-party rights.

Nothing is published automatically.

No content is published without review. If AI causes or amplifies an error, it will be corrected visibly under the Editorial policy and corrections. Doubts or possible errors can be reported to contacto@ibrahingil.com.

This policy does not attribute permanent capabilities to any particular tool, provider or model. It will be updated if the process changes.
